Hi, I’m Alison! I have been married to the most amazing man named Tom for the past 18 years. Together we have six kids, plus a bonus daughter, and a pretty awesome American Bulldog named Bruno!

I started Premier Cleaning Services in 2020, after cleaning homes for over a decade prior. My goal has always been to help alleviate the burden and stress of household maintenance to individuals and families.

When I first launched the business, I had nothing but a mission statement and my best friend Kelly, who was my only employee. We went to Dollar General, purchased a bucket and some basic household cleaning products, and headed to our first job. No mop, no bucket, no vacuum - we very quickly realized the importance of working smarter, not harder. This was certainly a humbling experience that I will never forget!

Three years later, PCS now has 18 employees, most of whom have been with me more than half the time we’ve been open, and over 300 active client accounts! We are one huge, crazy, loud family that I couldn’t do what I do everyday, without them by my side!

Hi, I’m Halie! I’ve been with Premier since we opened and recently became a partner in the business. I am dedicated to making clients happy and help their houses shine. My favorite part about working for Premier is being able to be a helping hand for people and getting to work alongside my family!

Fun fact: My tool to cleaning window sills is my one inch acrylic nails ;)

Hi, I’m Kelly! I have been married for five years and have a three and six year old, and a 17 year old step daughter. Being able to work with my best friend (who is also my boss) and spending each day cleaning with my family makes work that much more meaningful!

Fun Fact: I absolutely LOVE Dave Matthews Band.

Hi, I’m Robyn! I’ve been with Premier for one year. Helping families have a clean home is my favorite part about work - getting to love your pets is just an added bonus!

Fun Fact: Glass cleaner is my favorite cleaning product. Next time you see me, ask why (I bet you’ll laugh).

Hi, I’m Sheila! I have worked for Premier for two years. I’m a mom of two girls and have a supportive husband of 17 years. I love my work family and hearing and seeing the clients reactions to our hard work is very rewarding. It makes my heart happy to help them have a clean house!

Fun fact: I’m a fun person to be around and always up for an adventure.

Hi, I’m Jess! I’ve been working for Premier for the past two years. Getting to work alongside so many strong woman, who I call family, is really inspiring!

Hi, I'm Shorty! I'm a mom of four and have been with Premier for the last two years. The energy of all the girls that I get to work with makes each day so much fun!

Hi, I’m Samantha - but you can call me Sammy! I’ve worked at Premier for a year and a half, and have three wonderful boys. Having the clients come home happy and less stressed after seeing their home freshly cleaned is very rewarding!

Hi, I’m Keri! I am 29 years old and have a six year old daughter named Skylar. Working in such a positive environment truly is the best!

Hiii! My name is Deshay, I am a mama of two beautiful girls and soon to be wife to an amazing man I call, Mr. Fix It! I absolutely love working for Premier! So much so, that I wasn’t planning on it being my full-time job, but here we are, I am hooked and stuck with them for life!

Fun Fact: I can sing pretty well, but I’m too chicken to sing in front of a crowd.

Hi! I’m Danielle. Very often I’m described as quirky, and it fits me to a T. I have a beautiful family, a husband who always supports me, and 4 boys. My first son Cole is in college, my second son Austin is a senior, my third son Gavin is in 7th grade, and my youngest son Zach is in 5th grade. My life is go, go, go, with sports. Premier offers me the flexibility to attend all of their sports. The women I work with are a blast! I often find myself laughing, singing, and dancing my day away.
